6. BLOCK PRINTING Six 2 hr. classes Ages 10 and up $200.00
Tuesday Class: March 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday Class: March 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2. 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.

Please include the following even if you have taken many classes before (this saves me a lot of time! Thank you!):
1. – Name of student
2. – Age of student when class begins (please take note of minimum age for each class)
3. – Phone number where you can be reached during class
4. – Name of class.
5. – Day of the week the class meets (this info is not needed for the Christmas or spring break classes).
6. – FPCS, Frontier or IDEA, if I will be invoicing them for you.
I will confirm that you have a spot in the class session by email and then you have 1 week to send me a check deposit that will hold your spot. I do not cash the checks until a week before each class but please make sure that you are familiar with my refund policy. I will return or shred the uncashed checks of homeschool students after all funds are in place. The refund policy applies to all students and can be found on my website under Home/General Information. www.thearthousealaska.comPlease send one ONE check for EACH class but include all students registering for that class on that check.
